Get to Know Me

The Full Story…

I have a background in Environmental Science and Zoology, and for years I struggled to find the exact area I wanted to focus on within this space. There were so many things I was passionate about, from sustainable community development to ecology to environmental economics.

That's when I found myself drawn to the world of marketing - a place where all my passions intersected and I could use my knowledge while tapping into my creativity!

Now, when I tell people that I specialise in Ethical Marketing, one of the first questions I usually get is,

“How can marketing ever be ethical?”

To be honest, I used to ask myself the very same question. After being in the digital marketing space for over five years, I found myself rather disillusioned with the world of social media. We have never been as connected as social media enables us to be, but I started to feel that we have also never been further apart.

I set out to change this…

How do I do that? By creating ethical marketing content and strategies that allow brands and organisations to communicate transparently in a way that reflects their vision and mission, adds value to their audience, reduces their digital carbon footprint, and most importantly allows them to build a strong online community!

There’s nothing worse than writing a bio, am I right? But, I believe that the best results come from collaborations that are rooted in trust and aligned intention. So, it’s important that we get to know each other!

When I’m not working you’ll find me …

Spending time with my two beloved rescue pups, Darwin and Luna. They moved all the way from South Africa to the English countryside with us!

Working towards a slower more intentional life. I started my business after spending years stuck in a cycle of burnout. I wanted to do things differently and create a business that allowed me to live a slower life and make a small difference to our planet.
